Our experienced wedding coordinators provide a free service to assist you with the design, planning and management of your entire wedding day. Your coordinator will be your one point of contact for your entire wedding at The Bayswater. They will attend your ceremony to look after the little things, ensuring everything is under control and organised. They will even be at your reception to guarantee everything runs according to plan. Leaving no stone unturned, your coordinator’s primary mission is to take the stress away from you on your special day

The Bayswater has an exceptional relationship with the most reliable and best quality suppliers on the Fraser Coast that have a proven record of delivering a consistent high level of customer service. Your coordinator will assist with all supplier recommendations, reviewing all contracts and management of pricing negotiation, confirmations and deposits of the following – florist, photography, cakes, entertainment, transport, accommodation, wedding stationary, celebrants and hair & makeup. You will also have your very own wedding account to keep track of your wedding costs. We offer all your wedding desires in the one location.
